Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our sole discretion. An order is not finalized until payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.

We aim to ship your items promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once a package leaves our studio and is transferred to the carrier, the title and risk pass to you. Epiphany is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.

All content — including product imagery, brand marks, logos, text, designs, and media — is owned by Epiphany or our partners, and protected under intellectual property laws.
