At Epiphany, every piece of jewellery is thoughtfully packaged and shipped from our studio in Idar-Oberstein, Germany. We’re committed to getting your order to you efficiently, safely, and with care.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation. This does not include weekends or public holidays. During new collection launches or sale events, please allow a little extra time—we promise it’s worth the wait.

  • United Kingdom

  • United States & Canada

  • Australia & select international countries

All delivery times are estimates. Delays due to customs, public holidays, or courier backlogs may occur—though we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping option. Occasionally, we offer free shipping on qualifying orders—keep an eye out for promotions.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

If you're ordering from outside the EU, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not collect these fees at checkout and cannot predict the cost—please check with your local authority for more information.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel every step of the way.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at info@epiphanyjewellery.com.


Delivery Issues or Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Double-check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  2. Contact us at info@epiphanyjewellery.com with your order number.

We’ll follow up with the courier and keep you updated.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when checking out. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly provided address. If you spot a mistake in your shipping info, let us know immediately—we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
